We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and physician, ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities:
Provide basic nursing care, including taking vital signs, administering medications and treatments, and assisting with activities of daily living.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring clear and accurate information exchange.
Document patient care accurately and thoroughly, maintaining detailed and organized patient records.
Collaborate effectively with the nursing team to ensure efficient and coordinated patient care.
Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment for patients and colleagues.

Qualifications:
Current valid LPN license in the state of Ohio.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
New graduates welcome to apply.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under supervision and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
